Case Study
Client:
Fine Americas
Challenge:
Fine Americas specializes in the development, manufacture, and marketing of plant growth regulators (PGRs) for agricultural, greenhouse ornamental, and landscape markets. Their products can alter the specific growing and performance characteristics of everything from apples and cherries to flowers and shrubs. And they’re among the industry leaders. But their visibility in the market wasn’t keeping pace with their reputation, and competitors were positioning themselves to move in. They needed a robust social media presence and a new website to provide detail on all their products.

Solution:
In surveying the website and social media efforts of the major players in the PGR landscape, it was apparent that two things were lacking in the industry: A strong brand message and a cohesive design package to anchor the marketing.
Since a website is basically a large, online billboard, and social media functions as a series of regular small-space venues, these tools became perfect platforms to launch the new Fine brand. We devised a brand message centered around the word “fine”, surrounded it with arresting visuals and graphic elements, and applied everything to their new online presence. We installed up-to-date SEO and analytics, trained their staff on basic admin, and began a social media campaign that blended useful product information with entertaining brand personality.
Results:
Fine Americas’ fresh online presence quickly became a growth catalyst. The new website delivered a clear, professional brand identity with easy-to-find product details, while SEO improvements drove a measurable uptick in search rankings and site traffic. Social media engagement surged, with monthly impressions climbing 150% and followers growing 244%. Posts reached new audiences, sparked conversations among growers, and reinforced Fine as the authority in plant growth regulators. Competitors took notice — and so did customers, with more inquiries and stronger brand recognition across target markets.
